After registration, you will receive an email from the administrator with confirmation of the registration within two working days. After receiving this confirmation, you can choose a mentor. Indicate the purpose and send an invitation via the platform. The mentor will answer “yes” or “no” within two working days. If the mentor responds positively, you will have to contact them within the next two working days.
After registration, you will find the principles of mentoring practice and a success formula on the platform.
The mentoring relationship shall last up to six months.
Choose a communication method which feels more comfortable for you. You can hold live meetings, use email and phone calls, etc.
Develop an agreed-upon set of goals, commit to the meetings as best you can and have relevant mentoring experience.
Yes, it’s okay to decide to stop the mentoring activity if your plans change unexpectedly or you accomplish your goals sooner than in six months.
As a mentee, you are unequivocally responsible for showing the initiative, organizing the meetings, conducting them, etc.
During the mentoring practice, personal experience is shared, so the responsibility for making the decision lies solely with the mentee, while during a consultation, an expert provides advice and solutions to individuals.
