How does it work?

After registration, you will receive an email from the administrator with a profile confirmation within two working days. After the confirmation, everyone will be able to see your mentor’s profile. Then you will have to wait for a mentee’s invitation, who will reach you by email. Make a “yes” or “no” decision and start mentoring.

How to prepare for mentoring?

After registration, you will find the principles of mentoring practice and a success formula on the platform.

How long shall a mentoring relationship last?

The mentoring relationship shall last up to six months.

How shall I communicate with a mentee?

Choose a communication method which feels more comfortable for you. You can hold live meetings, use email and phone calls, etc.

What is required for success?

Wisdom, experience, skills, and willingness to share them with a motivated mentee.

Can I stop the mentoring activity?

Yes, it’s okay to decide to stop the mentoring activity if your plans change unexpectedly or you accomplish your goals sooner than in six months.
